A Magic Your Way Hopper Ticket gives you access to Magic Kingdom®, Disney's Animal Kingdom®, Epcot®Disney's Hollywood Studios® each day that your ticket is valid.
Disney® now have a dynamic pricing structure where the price of tickets depends on the date you visit and how many days you buy the ticket for. Popular dates are more expensive and the quiet periods see reduced prices. We believe that this has been done to both maximize revenue and to try to even the crowds within the parks. To compare the price of the tickets we use November 1st as the default day and select that as the start date for all tickets at all sellers.
You can buy Hopper Tickets that offer admission for anything from 1 to 10 days at Walt Disney World® so you can tailor your ticket exactly to your needs. They expiry date of the tickets depend on the selected date you bought them for and the duration of the ticket. Please see the guide further up this review.
With a Hopper Ticket you can (unsurprisingly) park hop – that means you can visit more than one park per day but these tickets are NOTDisney's Typhoon Lagoon® and Disney's Blizzard Beach®.
With all Disney® tickets you have the ability to use the FastPass+ service to reserve rides, shows and more in advance of your trip. This will save you having to stand in the normal queues and is ideal for the more popular attractions. You get 3 to use per day (you can reserve more, one at a time, once you have used the first 3) and for guests not staying at a Disney® Resort this can be done 30 days in advance.
Staying at a Disney® Resort? You can do it 60 days in advance! You may even get one for Flight of Passage in Pandora®Disney's Animal Kingdom®...
Disney® tickets usually come in two different forms. Firstly, a Will Call voucher that you can exchange at a Will Call Window at any of the 4 main parks, Disney Springs® and some Disney® Resorts. Please note that these are not gate ready and you will need to exchange them before entering a park for the first time. You only need to do this once. However, if you already have Magic Bands and they are linked with your My Disney Experience account then you can use you confirmation number to activate your Magic Bands again and head straight to the gate. At peak periods there can be large queues at Will Call Windows so that is worth considering depending on when you plan to visit, otherwise you can quite often find a good saving by choosing the Will Call voucher option.
Secondly, you can buy physical tickets that are gate ready and allow you to head straight to the park gates. These tickets are about the same size as a credit card.
Please note that at present no discounts are available compared to gate prices for 1 and 2 day Disney® tickets. We do advise for an extra couple of dollars that it is worth buying in advance so that you can take full advantage of the Fastpass system. Sellers will have cheaper than gate prices for 3+ day tickets.
