There are lots of new experiences coming to all 4 of Florida's Walt Disney World theme parks this year, but there are also some Time- Limited experiences that will be around for, as the name suggests, a limited time!

And the very exciting news coming out of Disney this week is details about Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration finally being announced!

From January 18th 2019 until, as far as we understand it, the end of September, Magic Kingdom will play host to a lot of new entertainment, characters, music and fun!

There are lot of new changes coming about at Walt Disney World soon, which means there have been lots of announcements popping up lately about some of our favourite attractions.

The Disney rumour mill has been working double hard lately with talk of new shows, parades, rides and more, but unfortunately as always with new magic, comes the closure of the old favourites.

And this seems to be the case once again, at least for a short period, for one of the little Ticket Rangers’ favourite attractions at Animal Kingdom, Rafiki’s Planet Watch.

Welcome to part 2 of our new feature – Ticket Rangers Recommend…

In this feature we will be recommending things we have personally loved doing while on holiday to Orlando Florida, whether that was as a family or on the visits before the little Ticket Rangers came along. This could be anything from our favourite things to do inside the many theme parks, such as Character Meets (which coincidentally was the topic of our first instalment, which you can find here), to our favourite non-theme park days out, places to eat or activities.

Now, this was meant to be a weekly feature, but we have just HAD to do an ‘inbetweeny’ recommendation, following the weekend’s news...

Imagine the scene, we were happily scrolling through our facebook feed, checking out all the latest Orlando shenanigans and catching up on Disney gossip when a post from the wonderful Watson’s Do Disney wiped that smile right from our faces!!

Nooooooo!! Say it ain't so!!

The Disney rumour mill is rife with the news that the powers that be at Magic Kingdom have decided to cut the Move it! Shake it! Dance and Play it! Street Party!

There are A LOT of changes coming to Epcot in the next couple of years, with a park wide transformation planned that will see a new 'Guardian's of the Galaxy' rollercoaster in the main part of the park, a 'Ratatouille” attraction across in the World Showcase and an exciting new Table Service restaurant planned opposite Mission: SPACE, which we will be making sure to eat at AFTER braving the Orange Mission! (If you know, you know!).  These are among many proposed plans that is set to wow guests, while making sure to keep true to the park's original vision.

The latest change that has just been announced is quite a surprise, although after 20 years it really shouldn't be!

Disney have just announced that they will be replacing the popular night-time visual show IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth with an all new Firework spectacular at the end of Summer 2019.

and just stared at the screen in confusion, then this is the blog post for you!
