Where do we start?! The Disney Ultimate tickets come with all kinds of bonus features to add to the already superb value.
OK, so it's obvious where to start, FREE MEMORY MAKER with all Disney Ultimate adult tickets!
With all Disney® tickets you have the ability to use the FastPass+ service to reserve rides, shows and more in advance of your trip. This will save you having to stand in the normal queues and is ideal for the more popular attractions. You get 3 to use per day (you can reserve more, one at a time, once you have used the first 3) and for guests not staying at a Disney® Resort this can be done 30 days in advance.
Staying at a Disney® Resort? You can do it 60 days in advance! You may even get one for Flight of Passage in Pandora® at Disney's Animal Kingdom®...
There are also two mini golf courses that you can use (one per day). They are:-
If 18 hole, full size golf is more your thing then your green fees for Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course are included but make sure that you book early to avoid disappointment. The address for the course is 1950 Magnolia Palm Dr, Orlando, FL 32836, USA. This is located near to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
You can also visit ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex on event days which is towards the south of the Disney area and just to the east of the All-Start resorts. Check what's on during your dates to see if there is something of interest. Please make sure that if you plan a visit that there is no additional charge for that particular event.
The Memory Maker is a great way to get high quality photos and videos when you are in Walt Disney World Resort. Throughout the resort there are hundreds of Disney photographers eagerly awaiting for you to ask them to take your photo in the best locations. The digital photos are saved onto your online My Disney Experience account automatically by a magic little device that the photographers have - simply get them to scan your Magic Band or card ticket and they'll appear, usually in a few minutes. What's more is that you can also get your ride videos and photos so you can then quickly delete them before anybody sees your wobbling cheeks and windswept hair (or whack them straight on social media, if you want to embarrass your other half...)!
To buy Memory Maker, Disney charge $169 if you buy 3 days or more in advance. 2 days or less before you first use it and it will cost you $199. To get this for free with your ticket is a great perk.
You have 30 days from activation to collect as many photos and videos as you can using Memory Maker. They will be available for download for 45 days from the date that they were taken so you have plenty of time to get sorted once you are home.
It's always worth linking your party's online accounts so that the Memory Maker photos can be pooled in one place and you can all scan your Magic Bands and ticket cards rather than leaving that all up to one person.
You cannot gain access to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party with these tickets. They are separate events requiring additional tickets. Find those tickets on our site under Special Events (seasonal only).
If you decide to play mini golf then your round must start before 16:00.
Yes, you can visit as many of the Disney parks as many times as you like on each and every day that your ticket is valid. Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom® for breakfast, Tusker House at Disney's Animal Kingdom® for lunch and the Sci-Fi Diner at Disney's Hollywood Studios® for dinner? Not a problem as long as you have an appetite like Pooh!
The ticket expires 14 days from first use and it must be activated on or before 31st December for the calendar year that you have bought it for otherwise it will be forfeit.
It is regular for Disney to close Disney's Typhoon Lagoon® and Disney's Blizzard Beach®, one at a time, between mid-October and March the following year. They do this for renovation and maintenance work so if you're going between these dates please check for possible closures. They do not close both at the same time so you'll still be able to get your water park fix.
The best place to get your tickets can easily be found by using the filters on our site to put in your requirements. Tip: Disney® often have a deal on whereby the 14 Day Ultimate ticket is the same price as the 7 Day Ultimate.
Disney® tickets usually come in two different forms. Firstly, a Will Call voucher that you can exchange at a Will Call Window at any of the 4 main parks, Disney Springs® and some Disney® Resorts. Please note that these are not gate ready and you will need to exchange them before entering a park for the first time. You only need to do this once. However, if you already have Magic Bands and they are linked with your My Disney Experience account then you can use you confirmation number to activate your Magic Bands again and head straight to the gate. At peak periods there can be large queues at Will Call Windows so that is worth considering depending on when you plan to visit, otherwise you can quite often find a good saving by choosing the Will Call voucher option.
Secondly, you can buy physical tickets that are gate ready and allow you to head straight to the park gates. These tickets are about the same size as a credit card and can make fantastic additions to memory boxes or frames once home from your magical holiday.
